The group was one of mixed abilities and varied language skills, which made the training more challenging, but the trainer managed to find a way of communicating with each member of the group effectively.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: 16px; text-align: left; color: #455b65; line-height: 25px;\">Following the training, a coach was assigned to come and help put the theory into practice.I found he spent a lot of time understanding the business to ensure that the advice he gave was relevant and appropriate. He had a way of explaining things, which was not condescending, but was very clear and I learned a lot just from spending time with him during the week that he was in South Africa. Since then, he has been very helpful with various queries that I have had, and always responds to my emails in a timely and friendly manner.<\/span><\/p>\n<p><span style=\"font-family: arial; font-size: 16px; text-align: left; color: #455b65; line-height: 25px;\">During the time that I have been working with Six Sigma techniques, I have encountered a number of consultants, both internal and external to DHL, who have given training and coaching.
