Yalın Altı Sigma, Kurumsal Proje Yönetim Süreçleri, Tedarik Zinciri Yönetimi, Toplam Kalite Yönetimi, EFQM Mükemmellik Modeli ve TRIZ konusunda danışmanlık yapmaktadır.
Daha önce 17 yıl Arçelik A.Ş.’de;

  • Tedarik Zinciri yeniden yapılandırma çalışmalarında Proje Ofisi yöneticiliği.
  • TRIZ yaratıcı problem çözme tekniği ile sorunlara çözüm üretilmesi.
  • Altı Sigma Lideri olarak üretim dışı süreçler dahil kurumsal seviyede Altı Sigma devreye alma çalışmaları.
  • Kurumsal Proje Yönetim Süreçleri’nin oluşturulması, devreye alınması, eğitimlerin verilmesi.
  • Toplam Kalite Yönetimi ve EFQM Mükemmellik Modelinin şirket çapında devreye alınması ve ödül süreçlerinin işletilmesi.
  • Çok sayıda ve farklı büyüklükte projeye liderlik ve danışmanlık

gibi faliyetlerde bulunmuştur.

Results’a katıldıktan sonra DHL Express, Akbank, Ziraat Bankası, Yapı Kredi Sigorta, Türk Telekom, Avivasa, Kale Kilit, Pimaş, Karahan Tekstil, Alacalı İnşaat gibi şirketlere hizmet vermiş, danışmanlığını yapmakta olduğu Kale Çelik Eşya’nın bir dönem Genel Müdürlük görevini yürütmüştür.

Erhan Yılmazel is a management consulting professional with strong background in improving, designing and implementing processes, with successful application of Business Process Reengineering, Lean Six Sigma, Enterprise Project Management, Total Quality Management, Risk Management, Strategic Planning, TRIZ etc.Before joining Results in 2007, Erhan has worked in Arcelik/Beko, biggest Turkish private sector company, for 17 years. In this period;
  • Acted as PMO in Supply Chain redesigning.
  • Involved in Enterprise Project Management development programme and actually managed projects in development of some of EPM components, like Performance Assessment, Selection and Prioritization, Project Leader Selection.
  • Personally managed various types of projects in Information Technology, Supply Chain, Human Resources, Product Development while developing Project Management Process and providing internal PM training as well as acting as a consultant for numerous projects.
  • Was a Six Sigma Leader, responsible for SS deployment in terms of managing change, defining and selecting projects to design and improve processes, developing Six Sigma BB/GB training materials, integrating Lean tools to Six Sigma, executing BB/GB trainings, coaching several projects.
  • Also managed design and improvement projects as a Black Belt in IT, HR, Logistics, R&D; and TRIZ (Innovative Problem Solving) projects in PM and Logistics.

He joined Results in 2007 to provide consultancy. Some of his clients are DHL, Kale Kilit, Ekol Logistics, Bozoyuk Sut, As Defter, Karahan Group etc. During his professional and consultancy career he has been involved in various sectors; logistics, manufacturing, FMCG, telecom, textile, construction.

Between 2010 and 2011 he was appointed as the general manager of Kale Celik Esya which i s the most widely-recognized brand in Turkey in armoured security products; steel doors, fire doors and safes.

He speaks Turkish (native) and English. He is graduated from Aeronautical Engineering of Istanbul Technical University
